Poems
Dec 2013
frigid
if only you could see
the way your eyes dance
as your laughter fills the room
if only you could see
the way the corners of your lips curve
as we reminisce over the days that have passed
if only you could see
the subtle movement of your chest
as you lay motionless in your sleep
if only you could see
the way the world sees you
you're not anything but beautiful, my dearest
there just isn't a mirror in front of you
when your beauty protrudes
