I don't want to be, the one they find
Can you see my fears, that lie behind
In the night, is when they rise
Roaming free, above lonely skies
To look above, I dare not be caught
As night continues, I grow distraught
There flying closer
Reaching nearer
Can I be seen
The night sky, turns serene
Squeezing my eyes, tightly shut
A dreadful feeling, sinking in my gut
I feel them, overhead
All I see are wings, outspread
My time is ending, that's why they've come
Seen from above, fallen victim
To what I thought to be demons, in the night sky
Are angels, here to guide me when I say goodbye.
