She
And she found it weird
More than unfamiliar
To how she cared so much
Cared for how he saw her
Hiding her flaws
Covering them beneath "perfect"
******* them in
So he saw beauty
Saw her as worth it
And he always saw
Saw the flaws all for a second
Those seconds she laughed
Those seconds she smiled
The moments that were really her
And with each passing second
He counted the flaws
Her freckled face
Her cracked lips
Her clumsy knees
And he counted
As more reasons to love her
