Stuck On You

by MuaveJay

I'm stuck on you like our song playing on repeat, endlessly echoing through the years. It doesn't matter where life leads us or how much time separates now from then, there will always be a place for you within the shelter of my heart. Not because I'm clinging to the past or longing for what once was, but because you left a mark that time could never erase. Some people drift in and out of our lives like the rise and fall of the tides, but you became a part of me, a quiet room within my soul that will always belong to you. The years may change the roads we walk, and life may carry us worlds apart, but I will forever hold what we once shared. Like a faint light that refuses to go out, it continues to glow even in life's darkest nights. The laughter, the tears, the ordinary moments that meant everything, they remain with me, untouched by time. Though our story found its ending, there will always be a piece of my heart that belongs to you. And if our paths never cross again, if all that remains are memories scattered throughout the years, I hope you know this. You will always have a home within me. A permanent place in my heart, where you will never be forgotten.
