Sacred Distance

Is it the way your curves move beneath my fingertips, or how my eyes drink the shape of you? grace unnamed, hunger untamed I am starved for your presence, a slow sweetness along the inner walls of my soul seeping into fractures This is more… YOU a grounded angel in fractured light, dawn caught in curtains we do not open A storm gathers, hearts as rain, breath like distant thunder settling into pulse Your skin, a horizon where lightning learns restraint My heartbeat speaks your name in steady confession Lips hold what words cannot dreams kept in hidden rooms, in sacred dark Come closer wear the language of my touch, silk and warmth drawn breath to breath I write you without ink body to hand, heart to yours a quiet current between us, until even a kiss becomes a world we navigate as gravity forgets which of us it holds
