play like a weapon

Mozart —

played music like a weapon,

with devastating effectiveness.

Is that what we too aspire to?

Carefully curating witty words,

to bemuse, bemown or berate.

Or are our words more self-referential,

Making mini gods in a hollow world?

I want my words to be more like pebbles —

pointing Northward;

H O M E.
