A sky of dream

A sky filled with twinkling stars,

A world decorated with blooming flowers.

Everywhere, the songs of birds are heard,

As if life means simply living happily.

I wish this dream could come true someday,

Where traffic horns are replaced

By the sweet songs of birds.

Where the sky is no longer dark with smoke,

But shines again with twinkling stars.

I wish my grandmother’s fairy tales were real,

And the fairies would take this monster called pollution

Far away from our world.

Then the beautiful sky of dreams

Would once again be filled with colors.
