at nightfall

it was late in december

the giant flaming ball of gas

was in its farewell form

we watched closely

as the enthralling orb of night

slowly conquered the galaxies

and those little incandescent bodies

glittered in the vastness of the universe

i could only gaze, lost in admiration

not on the picturesque scenery

but on the way your manly physique

was captivated by them

little did you know

no other phenomena of nature

would compare to the way

i was enamored of you
