With Smoldering Eyes

I still breathed with smoldering eyes

While you blamed me for your sins

With smooth lies and a fierce voice

But I knew the stains upon your face

You still loved your darker den

While I loved you with all my heart

I only wished not to lose you in vain

So I still forgave you in silence

When you became a devil queen

While you drowned in bitter stains

When you lost your grace again

How could I still keep my balance?
