Liverpool Street

My neck hurts when I kiss you The way I imagine it will hurt when it's over I stand on the tips of my toes And strain to reach your lips My back starts to ache And I trip over my own two feet So I think it would be easier To just not reach at all But those eyes shine down from your foot above And I'm convinced otherwise You're so big and I'm so small and most of the time, I'm afraid you'll swallow me whole That I'll get lost in the gravity of it all Sent spinning by your pull You told me on the first night that I kiss like the world is about to end. But didn't you know, Every time I kiss you - that's exactly how it feels?
