That Was Only Yestrday

I wonder if paradise

is really worth the while,

right here is just as nice

lets linger here a while.

We pick the flowers in cold winter snows

and hide in the places where pain now grows.

That was only yesterday

that we crept far inside,

taking ourselves away

lets stay here deep inside.

We ride the wind and we chase the rainbow

and hide in the places where love now flows.

That was only yesterday

we looked for paradise,

that was just yesterday

lovers pain paid the price.

We pick the flowers in cold winter snows

and hide in the places where pain now grows.

We ride the wind and we chase the rainbow

and hide in the places where love now flows.

That was only yesterday.

That was only yesterday.
