False Pastors

by tuffy-mutombo

In shadows cast by lofty spires, Where eloquent heresy conspires, Behind the pulpits, whispers flow, Pastors chase the fickle glow. With eyes on screens, they seek their fame, Yet lack the heart to bear His name; In gilded halls, they play their part, Yet lead the lost, devoid of heart. Like Judas goats, they guide astray, Taking souls to hell’s dark fray. Lord, grant us strength, keep us from lies, To cling to truth, where wisdom lies. In humble faith, may we remain, And honor Thee, through joy and pain.
