Traumatic Life

The PTSD never goes away,

Every second; day after day.

Their hands around their throats; and I'm the only one who cared,

I will never be repaired.

The only person who stopped them,

I'm like a flower with a broken stem.

My best friend; My boyfriend,

They just wanted it to end.

I saved them everytime; They moved,

I don't know if they are still alive; If only I could have proved.

That I will never forget,

As I get a new pet.

I named it his name; my best friend,

I will never mend.

This is my life. It never goes away after many years. It never ever goes away.
