Words Hurt

What are friends

Is it just a word

Because girls are wild

And don’t realize that words hurt

You walk through the halls

And try to hide your tears

Because words hurt

And they’re everywhere

What is love

Is it real

Or is it just something you think you feel

They say it’s forever,

But things change

Is there anything

that stays the same?

What are friends?

How do you know if they’re real

Because words hurt,

and they’re everywhere

People come and people go

People might say forever

But what if forever’s gone.
