My love for Christmas sweaters hasn’t changed.

I never got to know your touch,

And through the cold and winter days,

The scratchy wool was enough.

Now nothing can keep my body from shaking.

I just cannot wear them without aching.

I just cannot wear them without breaking.

To me,

The sweater was your touch.
