If Love Could

by tuffy-mutombo

If love could speak it would tell you about the value of pain and ask you if you had enough strength to hold it in Others tried and went insane If love could cry It would fill a million oceans Others tried swimming in it but drowned within If love could walk It would walk until its feet grew blisters Torn from a million steps taken, mistakes made hearts stepped on, lovers it ran to & Lovers it fled Love can not, speak, cry and walk But you can, so be Love for loves sake The world is craving love more than it needs to breath, for without love we are living in a dark environment with no light Be the love for the world needs your star to shine bright
