I am going to give you a chance, to began to use your mind.  Are there people who looks up to you, are they around all the time?
While people look up to you, are you training them right?  Are you a good example behind their backs, as well as in their sight?
When people looks up to you, be a person of integrity.  Always be honest in everybody's eyes, because they copy what they see.
