Stolen Peace

Heartbeats within dusty clouds.

Some children grow up loud,

poison in their veins,

born to hold the chain.

Luck gives all the sweet fruit;

here we sit, hopeless.

Our treasure—peace of mind—is looted.

They utter bitter words;

they break the soft dam

of our watery eyes.

We are soft kids with sensitive minds.

We write because no one listens.

Look up to the sky

when your eyes glisten.

We are unseen by duty,

unknown presence, unaddressed beauty.

Here, in this fading human universe,

the story of humanity fades

in every tear a quiet heart sheds.

The air feels heavy; long sighs grow terse.

Land, land—just blowing sand.

Fights take over siblings’ hands.

Greed, the ultimate desire.

Jealousy burns the helpless

like a blazing fire.

The end is where pain meets the sky from the sea.

Don’t give fake hope

when, in the mind,

life itself is only a plea .

Don't give fake hopes to sensitive heart ..

Fake hope dissolves into painful isolation from our own silence.
