Ends of Time; Peace of Mind

I don’t need to see the end of time,

I just want a little peace of mind.

So what’s a little longer,

If it’s chaos I’m trying to conquer.

By way of our maker,

I’ll take it like a painkiller.

It’s hard to keep your mind alive,

In this year of 2025.

And so it starves.

From society it will carve

Out a little hope

And maybe some blessings from the Pope.

Hanging by a thread;

The words that were bled,

As it’s said in Revelations,

“The world will come to a sudden realization.”
