Ghost from the future

I brought a house On top of the hill When I first walked in I was overcome with a chill. A ghost appeared brazen As can be Shook my hand and said Can you see me. I replied yes With a fearless smile The ghost said please stay I haven’t seen anyone For quite awhile. Can I ask has one got a name, And what do you do, Yes the ghost replied Im from the future Yes you got it, I am you.
