Body Switch

I want to rip off my fingers

one by one

then my arms and legs

and sew on in their place

the ones of a boy

the boy out there who feels the same

that we should of had eachothers body.

maybe then my brain could rest

stop pacing about my skull

wondering what went wrong

maybe I could finally be normal,

laughing carefree

in my own body

maybe I would spend my time

doing things I enjoy instead of

worrying if I'm wrong or right

maybe Id be peaceful,

happy.
