Z12

An open notebook with pen

Coming up with a plan

Thinking what to say

Asking does this matter

What can this possibly mean

Another chance to prepare

Staring at a blank page

Not sure what to write

A way to survive the day

Figure out ways to reflect

Tired of denying emotions

Immune to the pain over the years

Due to rejection chasing confidence

Rather than deflect emotions

What to feel not sure anymore

Gone so far there's no going back
