Alchemist

by DeafBard

Spent so much money and time trying to turn my feeling to stone But still my heartbeats blood bound of flesh in a case of bone Lonely but doing just fine is what I say till I hang the phone Feel like a flame without heat blown out by a dial tone Pixie dust and industrial air inhale untill life disappears Rust and rot a brain trying to get rid of the pain and fear Devils snow paired with night caps so dreams are never near Still my spirit is pained by visions of a waking nightmare
