Protests locked away deep in a safe, kept

hidden from prying eyes as I always

was. You kept me to yourself, let no one

see what was kept behind locked doors, condemned

to silence by your prying hands, touching

what was not yours to touch. Can’t you see that

I belonged to nobody? I never

belonged to you, do not think that I did.
This is about a bad relationship that I ended in March. Remember  that you belong to yourself and that you are of your own accord and devices. You belong to nobody.
