The Light

I'd talk to you forever

If I only had the time

We'd talk about whatever

Whatever's on your mind

Mind me not, my darling

I think only of you

You come to me in dreams

Dreams you make come true

True neither of us are perfect

Perfect's an ideal

Ideally that makes it fun

Fun knowing it's not real

Reality is dark and scary

Scares me all the time

Time that I should thank you

You light your way and mine
