in the wilting flowers

a florious pursuit! the slow-burning

pathway to a place quite heavenish...

honeysuckle,jasmine dissolving breeze

,& with their sister lavender, brew

                 a spurious sweetness.

no, life is not always in yellows.

life is  not even in purples,

  (true,deeper hues)

     life is most effervescent

      in the wilting flowers,

in humble, bowing heads of white roses

one last gift! a new lease of love

after a lifetime,of being        loved.
