autumn conceals a stillness written in glimmering stardust across the shadow of the moon scribed in the language of harvest recited by every frost-blue breeze hidden in the hollow spaces between hushed leaf-drop whispers — ripened silences of sweet nothings passed between autumn’s lips and the waiting forest floor
