One-Eyed Buck

well, i went out hunting

for this one-eyed buck.

i didn't have faith

i was down on my luck.

biding for that old man,

who promised me love.

i cried out to the angels,

hiding above.

god it kept raining,

i was singing them blues.

heaven only knows,

i'm still waiting for you.

guess i'll keep searching,

running amuck.

will i ever find you?

my one-eyed buck?
