From within my core a poem so pure I promise the ordinary life won't feel so genuine anymore I perceive a burden weighing you down to the floor A pedestal of promises from behind empty doors All the pain you endure for a life which isn't even yours Fearing the consequences of all your expenses Living in a dense fog, alarming all your senses like a chained up dog Perhaps it's time to change your lenses This ordinary life robbing you from your myths and lores Bound to an infinite amount of chores
I know this was the norm ever since you were born But be attentive to your core Does it accept this fate? Your need to be secure, to survive could never compensate your desire for laughter and delight.
