I missed you until I met you,
I met you and life made more sense.

You gave me purpose and light,
you were my only loyal relationship.

We met at traumatic times,
we supported one another limitless.

Your owner with bad health,
my latest relationship falling apart.

My childhood past pain,
your present torture and strain.

We both needed rescued,
we both needed each-other’s love.

Together we traveled,
together we battled each-other’s pain.

We met a woman,
she took good care of both of us.

A townhouse, to a home.
An engagement to wedding vows.

Without you Buster,
I might still be alone.

I miss you now,
even more then before!

Buster we all miss you now,
especially mom!
