When I see the crowds of people
Walking down the street
Living their busy little stressful lives
I hate them

I hate them for being busy
And for being stressed
I hate them because they have
Things to do
Places to be
I hate them for
Their responsibilities

Most of all
I hate them because
In their crowd of faces
Yours has gone

In the ground
Your life is no longer busy
Your body is no longer stressed
I've taken all of it on for you
So you can relax
And rest

The busy bodies will keep buzzing
And I will hate them
For moving on
I'll try to stay peaceful
Sitting lonely in the grass
Looking for you in the trees
And flowers
