Dolphins the dogs of the ocean
So free and so full of life
So happy
and so energetic
What a life to live

How will I wake up tomorrow
Will I be like a dolphin

No because that’s when reality hits
We all wake up
and have to face the same old things
we do work study work

Like a non stop cycle like we’re
the cast of Groundhog Day

Will I ever be motivated to get up and do the things I want to do
Will I ever have my dream job
My dream car
My dream house

Will I ever be motivated to get up
Will I ever push for that

No Because I’m stuck in this vicious cycle

The question is always how
How do I get all I dream to have
It’s never I am going to have that car
I am going to study to get that job
I am going to afford to get that house

but I can’t
I can’t  do that
I can’t get rich
I can’t afford that house by the ocean where the dolphins live

It’s always
I can’t
I can’t  
I can’t

But why let that sink in
Why can’t you

why can’t we

What makes us different
why do they have the house I dream of how are they
motivated to get up in the morning
What makes them different

They are the dolphins
They are free and full of life
They are out of the cycle we feel stuck in

If they can why

They say it is never to late to do the things you want to do So
why don’t you

Why don’t we

Wake up tomorrow and get out this cycle that we feel stuck in
And get the house by the ocean where the dolphins live
