Following me

by elvis-okumu

The suns rays fall softly from the heavens To the cooled earth Shining dew drops like diamonds Turning the world into a jewelry shop I stand at a far end Staring at it in awe At the serenity and silence That eclipses my mind It is here where my cares and desires Where the flame is sated and tired Where the heart blissfully sleeps While the mind thoughtfully sits If I could stay and sleep I would stay at peace However like a hunter life creeps And eventually I will leave my bliss
