Coral

Her breath

reaches the mountains

beyond the land

escapes the sea

Within her gracious core

her lungs

extend life unto thee

-All

that I seek

          that I feel

                  that I see

in vibrant colorful shadows

has attached herself to me

Awakened as a gift delivered

washed upon the shore

I remain soaked in silken blue

conceived of her ocean floor
