I don't desire results,
just the small movements,
of my father's mouth,
as you see with elderly,
but with eyes not discarded
of shame and grunt-ful
but with a sparkle,
of pride and proud-ness.
If only for the time,
it takes for a flame
of a lit match
to burn out,
on a still day.
