The Treaty of New York 2025
Why are you lovable
Next to the payphone
Without the ballerinas tall
And still in the city
I can’t see straight
Without you
Without your lace
The icing on the cake
With which you make
Life so easy
Thank god it was not me
Who had to make
The chance to take
On issuing me a reason not to be leafs
Used and discarded
Every day of my life
The genesis of genocide
The exodus i cannot hide
The loss of innocence
The lasting taste of being incensed
How i wish for a single
Day with no lost leaves on these
                                Streets
