I’m tired of hatred
I’m tired of racism
I’m tired of anxiety
Im tired of depression.

I’m too tired to be tired.
The perfect irony, though
I’m tired of the dark,
When I live in the light.

I’m supposed to be a well
In the hot weather.
I’m supposed to be a candle,
And make your day better.

Where have I gone?
Where have I gone?
I’m too tired to think
I did something wrong.
Perhaps I can’t be happy all the time, even when everything around me is fine.
