He
He taught me to hold on
During my darkest hours
I spilled him my secrets
Which I never thought
Would come out of my mouth

He brings out the real me
His words that made me strong
That made me remove my mask
That I've been wearing for too long
That I almost forgot who I am

I made this poem to you
I owe so much to you
While I still have the chance
I'm thanking you this very moment
And I love you
