I’ll never be content
And I’ll never be happy
There’s nothing left of me
All but distant memories

I’ve reached a dead end
I’ve reached a terminal hault
Looking down at the abyss
There’s only one way out

I’m falling off the edge to an end
I’ve gone so far just to lead to dead-ends
Passing on to the unknown through liminal ways
All I can say is I never really wanted to stay

I don’t know what’s ahead
I don’t know what’s below
But one thing is for sure
I’ll be the one that goes
