Sometimes this comes to me
When I look at couples in the parks
When I see the red leaves in fall
And I wonder, what is the big deal about it?

I’ll feel the gently wind blowing
As it caresses our cheeks ever so tenderly
We take a leap of faith with each other
As my head tilts closer to you
I give you the power to destroy me
Before I close my eyes and drift
Trusting you entirely with it.

The wheel turns up and down
But right now the wheel is stuck
A bird that never learned to fly
Falling endlessly right to the ground

But trust me mates, it won’t be for long
For I must seek the wonders of love
And this bird will answer the question
How does it feel to be kissed?
You will like to find out on your own.
