Teen? Just hard to hold feelings.
Adulthood, hits wholly different where you can't even figure out own feelings and hardwork you made through out your day. The effort we make on our work gets us a delay feeling which is not true. No more time to play with the stones we used to play for fun. Loneliness shows us a great taste even we are in a bunch. Heart feels the confusion phase.
Mental health?......Nah! You can understand dear.
