As i drift into a
disassociate state,
Your yells become
Almost a calming
Background noise
of my quiet
simple life

As I drift into
The silence of my mind
The darkness
Covers me like
A warm shelter
Finally able to shake the shiver
From your aggressive roars

As I drift
The anger starts to dim
And
The sad fishing begins
"I'm sorry I'm the worst"
"I'll be better"
"You know I'll never hurt you tho right"

As i drift
i start to sink
Into a hopeless void
That maybe
The bite wouldn't be as bad
As the bark
