It’s that feeling of uncertainty that passes through your mind like wildfire. It’s nothing pleasant and you wish you could freeze it from spreading and getting more out of control but it’s unstoppable. It’s the thought of what if this isn’t it? It’s the heart and the mind argument that you wish you could control. The mind and heart aren’t meant to be at war…they’re meant to be in sync with one another, but due to the body and soul of us being such unsure creatures, we provoke a confusion that never needed to exist. When will we allow the pure flow of thought to shower our minds and hearts? When will we be able to step off the emotional rollercoaster that consumes us so harshly? It’s about letting go and letting it sift through our hands like sand. Loosen your grip…open your hands…allow your fingers to separate and let go of the very thing that has taken us over and caused the damaging war between need and want…let the fear go!
