The smoke blooms as I light the cigarette. Circling and swirling on the breezes of night. Commingling with the taste of cold coffee and warm whiskey.
     Now, here, embraced by the night,
and all her brilliance I wonder. The shadows come and the demons dance. A party loud in un-remembering.
     The rain begins. Soft and steady the falling of dreams. And I wonder still, where are you and where did you go?
