cat and mouse
You think I am a fish
Meant for you to catch
You have the bait
Dangling before my face
You expect me to come
To let you claim me
You believe I am
Meant for your sharp claws
A game of cat and mouse
You think you are in charge
But the roles have been reversed
I am the predator now
So run while you can
Before I do what you'd asked
And I go to take your hand
You used to say to...
Catch you if I can...
