In the middle of the night
Waking up crying from a dream
Remembering the feeling
Saying your goodbyes

Age getting older, time goes by
Still grieving from things that will not change
Getting some sleep is not an escape from pain
But there I see you smile and hear your voice calling my name

Good old memories
Holding on to everything
Don’t wave your hand
Until we meet again
