In darkness, I wander, lost and alone,
a soul once full, now empty, a heart of stone
memories linger, a bittersweet refrain
echoes of laughter, now a distant, fading strain.

I mourn the loss, the ache within my chest
a grief so heavy, it threatens to consume my rest. Tears fall like rain, a deluge of sorrow and pain longing to turn back time, to love again.

In this valley of shadows, I search for a light
a guiding star to lead me through the darkest night a beacon of hope, to heal my broken heart and find solace in love, a brand new start.
