Watching these inner thoughts.
Are the craters of humanity folding in?
They cheer, they laugh, they grin.
I sit, I stare, I’m dim.
I stare at a shelf full of resolve.
I have nothing left to give.
Maybe this should be my last.
The last of my first sip.
