Crystal Rose

by 1ocz_

I see nothing—nothing but you.
A crystal rose in a valley of flowers,
Too precious to touch, too radiant to ignore. I couldn’t pick you, yet I couldn’t look away.
 You weren’t mine to hold,
But forever mine to admire. Destined to fade, watching from afar,
Loving what I could never have.
You were my crystal rose—
You were my love
