Once I wanted to tell you what I was thinking
I tried to paint the syntax
(Brilliant shades of red, blue, green, yellow, violet)
In just the rights colors

But the words came out wrong
And the shapes were all scribbly
Sentences fumbled out
Like a child's scrawled drawing

And the colors ran together
Into ugly colors of brown
So I tore out the page and started over

This is all I could come up with

Sorry... I need some practice.
